Here at Twisted Sister, it is our goal to inspire and facilitate a healthy lifestyle. Considering this goal, we care about the well-being of our guests and the community at large. Given recent events, we feel it’s important to share the precautions we are taking to help address Coronavirus (COVID-19) concerns.

We are now allowing guests to place their orders inside and enjoy their refreshments in our dining area. To facilitate this, high traffic areas of the store are being sanitized regularly for your safety. We highly encourage our guests to follow social distancing procedures, and to wear masks when possible, although they are not required. We are still offering curbside pick-up, available at (865) 980-8444 for phone ordering, and look forward to serving you as such. 

Our crew have been informed on the symptoms of COVID-19 and how it spreads, and have increased our usual cleaning and sanitizing procedures for our store space. Please speak to a crew member or call us if you notice anything that gives you any concern.

While these precautions may impact the normal experience we hope to nurture here at Twisted Sister, we appreciate your understanding and promise to do what we can to make that experience as great as possible. Remember, we are offering phone ordering and curbside pick-up, so if you prefer to address social distancing by not entering the establishment, we understand, and we’re still here to serve you.
